At 9 a.m. on January 25, 2025, all employees of our company gathered for a grand New Year Gathering. The event aimed to review work achievements of the past year, map out the development blueprint for the new year, and commend outstanding individuals and advanced groups with exceptional performance in 2024.

The New Year Gathering kicked off, hosted by Deputy General Manager Shen Mingang. First, Yan Huidong, Chief of the Safety & Equipment Department, delivered a summary of safety work in 2024 and the safety work plan for 2025. Afterwards, General Manager Chen Yun led all employees to review the company’s development in 2024. He expressed sincere gratitude to all staff for their hard work over the past year and recognized the remarkable achievements made in project advancement, quality control, safety management and other fields. He also elaborated on the company’s overall development strategy and targets for 2025.

The announcement of the list of model individuals and advanced collectives drew warm applause from the audience. Leaders presented certificates of honor and bonuses to the winners, and the sincere speeches delivered by award representatives inspired every employee present. Rewards were then announced for contributors to the official WeChat account in 2024 and holders of utility model patents certified in 2024 to encourage continued efforts. Deputy General Manager You Xiaodong elaborated on work arrangements and precautions during the Spring Festival holiday, and expressed gratitude to colleagues who would stay on site for projects without rest. After the enthusiastic address by Chairman Chen Xianqing, the joyful New Year banquet commenced. Everyone gathered to celebrate the festival. The lucky draw pushed the atmosphere to a climax.
