In July 2025, Jiangsu experienced sustained high temperatures. Led by General Manager Chen Yun, together with Deputy General Managers Shen Mingang and You Xiaodong, and Yan Huidong, Chief of the Safety Section, the team delivered heatstroke prevention supplies to project sites including Jiangsu Kaisheng, Maanshan Ruigao, Sidick and Taicang Ruigao. Meanwhile, via the "cloud connection + local procurement" model, support was provided for domestic and overseas projects such as Wuhan Xinxin, Shanghai SMIC and Saudi CEER. Dual-front efforts consolidated the production safety net for the high-temperature season.
On-site Condolences: "Cool Delivery" Amid Scorching Heat
On July 15, the condolence team arrived at Jiangsu Kaisheng as the first stop. They inspected heat prevention and cooling facilities in office areas and distributed heat-relief gift packs inside workshops. Yan Huidong, Chief of the Safety Equipment Section, simultaneously checked potential safety hazards including heat dissipation of electrical equipment and fire-fighting apparatus. At the Sidick project, the team not only delivered cooling supplies to frontline construction workers but also visited staff dormitories to check living conditions and remind everyone of safe electricity use. At the workshop of Maanshan Ruigao, the team assessed the production environment and workers’ working conditions, and put forward optimization suggestions for workshop heat prevention measures. For high-altitude operations and special equipment operation, the team repeatedly stressed the need to strengthen safety protection and personnel training. On the next day, the condolence activities were extended to the local Ruigao Project Department and headquarters workshops, stretching the "cooling frontline" to frontline sites right at our doorstep. Supplies were delivered to production frontline staff, who were advised to avoid working during peak heat hours, so as to effectively safeguard the life safety and physical health of frontline employees.

Cloud Care: A "Cool Bridge of Care" Across Mountains and Seas
For domestic and overseas projects that cannot be visited in person, the company has launched a "digital + localized" model:
Domestic projects: For projects including Wuhan Xinxin and Shanghai SMIC, telephone-based "cloud condolences" were carried out with real-time high-temperature safety reminders issued. Local persons in charge were required to fully stock heatstroke prevention supplies.
Saudi CEER Project: Overcoming a 5-hour time difference and cultural gaps, the team held cross-timezone online sessions to express gratitude to both Chinese and local employees. Local employees commented that "we feel respected and cared for".
Heartfelt Feedback: Delivering Both Care and Safety
This round of condolences represents not only the delivery of supplies, but also the exchange of sincere care. The visit led by the General Manager made frontline staff feel the attention and concern from the company’s senior management. Meanwhile, the rigorous and thorough safety inspections and guidance provided throughout by the Chief of the Safety Equipment Section built a solid line of defense for safe production amid high temperatures. Moving forward, Suzhou Taisheng will continue to stand side by side with every builder. With care as the shield and diligence as the sword, we will jointly write brilliant chapters in engineering construction!
